"Aged" describes how long an account has existed — nothing more. It says nothing about the username itself, which is the piece that actually determines whether it's also "OG."
A 10-year-old account with a long, unremarkable username is aged but not OG. A username claimed early enough to be short and clean is OG whether or not its account happens to be especially old. The two labels answer different questions, and a listing can legitimately carry either, both, or neither.
Sometimes, mostly as a general trust/history signal — but it's a smaller factor than the username's own length and composition, covered in what makes a username valuable.
Not necessarily — aged is about account age, OG is about the username itself being rare. An account can be one, both, or neither.
